Al Mahatta was the first airport in the region, built in 1932 and then turned into a museum highlighting the history of flight in the UAE and the region.

Saturday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Entry Fees to the museum  :
Children (under 2 years): Free
Children (2-12years): 5.00AED
Adults (13+ years): 10.00AED

The museum entry is free during the following days:
International Museum Day on 18th of May.
In memory of the first airplane to land in Sharjah (Hanno) on 5th of October.
Martyr's Day on 1st of December.
UAE National Day on 2nd of December.
