While addressing lawmakers in the Spanish Congress in Madrid on Tuesday, Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares reiterated the country’s support for a two-state solution and said that Israel’s settlement policy and violence against Palestinian civilians must end in order to “build a secure future”.
