Freed after being detained this morning, senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh said at a press conference that the BJP had started offering money to Congress MLAs in Madhya Pradesh from day one of the Kamal Nath government.
Digvijaya Singh said former Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia had had a successful career in his party, and that the Congress didn't expect him to leave.
