✗ Ingredients Needed ✗

For the base
- 10 lotus biscoff biscuits
- 2 tbsp butter
For the filling
- approximately 1.5 to 2 large apples
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon (or more if you love cinnamon)
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp biscoff spread
For the crumble
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp cold butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp brown sugar
I’m using the Philips Daily Collection Air Fryer and a 6" tin.
