Pinaputok na Tilapia Recipe has a combination of delicious and healthy ingredients that makes it the ideal family meal. This is a copy-cat of my mom's recipe, she usually cook this during our Sunday family lunch.
Tips: Be careful when cleaning the fish, make sure the abdomen is intact when you remove it. It may give a bitter taste when not done properly. Also double wrap the fish with aluminum foil to ensure that the juice won't leak.

1 medium onion
2 medium tomato
1 small ginger
2 lb tilapia
2 tbsp butter
