INGREDIENTS:
Baklava sheets
Butter 500 g melted
Almonds 1/3 cup
Pistachio 1/2 cup
Sugar syrup :
Sugar 1&1/2 cup
Cardamom 3
Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
Water 1 cup
For bird nest sweet
Kunafa dough
Baking time at 180° until golden
After spread sugar syrup rest baklava for 3 hours
