We tried the trending viral upside down tarts and can confirm they are definitely worth the hype. As the name suggests, you simply put your favourite fillings on a baking sheet, top them with buttery puff pastry, and voila, the perfect tart! You can use your favourite fruits and spreads like pears, honey and brie or make them savoury using veggies and toppings like asparagus, bacon and gruyere cheese. The options are endless!
