About my Chanel
My name is yasar raja I created this Chanel to show you how to cook English and Indian / Pakistani dishes in less time and with less ingredients and get the same taste as home cooked curries.
Normally what you buy from takeaway is not the same as home cooked Indian / Pakistani curries and other dishes because they are produces on mass level they ignore basics and also change the taste too.
I try to creat the shortcuts for those who are willing to cook at home but when they see the topical complicated ingredients they give up.
In some cases you can avoid long process and some ingredients too and have a nice curry in a cheep price made at home.
