Tim is experimenting on making the perfect pork chops. Try two different coatings and throw it in the oven for a tasty crunch with a juicy center. On the side layer up some scalloped potatoes with smoked cheddar cheese and classic greens. Dessert is extra special with an old fashioned Sour Cream Cake (pound cake) topped with powdered sugar. Then head to Eastern Kentucky University to learn what they are doing to bring back the American Chestnut trees that were destroyed by blight many years ago.
