** RECIPE - PESARATTU (Andhra Style) **
PESARATTU BATTER:
• Green Gram / Moong Dal (Whole) = 250 gm
* Soak in water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
• Green Chilly = 2 (chopped)
• Ginger = 1 inch piece (chopped)
• Salt = 1 tsp (approx) - adjust as per taste
Add water as per required batter consistency to all above and grind them in mixer.
PESARATTU TOPPINGS:
• Oil
• Jeera / Cumin Seeds
• Onion (very finely chopped)
• Green Chilly (very finely chopped)
• Ginger (very finely chopped)
• Cashew Nuts (chopped)
• UPMA
