The Elevador da Gloria must be one of the oldest. Good for people over 50 and weighing over 80 kg, even the sportive kind like pumpernickel. A climb might take the joy out of one's Lisboa adventure. Sadly the fare on this edifice is not covered by the day ticket for 2.90€, which covers metro, bus, tram 28 for a full day but not .... this elevator. It is 3€ but well worth spent for the fun this ride is.
