This is an easy healthy recipe for the whole family.
Vegetarian.
STEPS:
. Wash the mushrooms
. Get the stems off
. Dice the stems
. Add coconut oil on a pan
. On the pan add the diced stems, spinach, mozzarella, salt and pepper
. Stir fry it until the water from mushrooms and spinach disappears
. Stuff the mushrooms
. Bake for half ano hour - keep on checking
