Czech Senate President Milos Vystrcil has warned against making concessions to Moscow as Russia masses its forces on Ukraine's borders. Vystrcil was asked by RFE/RL's Ray Furlong about a Russian demand that NATO withdraw its forces from members that have joined it since the end of the Cold War.
