Afghanistan is marking fourteen years since the death of national hero Ahmad Shah Massoud .. with a ceremony attended by high-ranking officials and family members.
Known as the "Lion of Panjshir" he fiercely fought Soviet occupation of Afghanistan in the '80s.
Massoud was killed on September 9, 2001 by suicide bombers posing as journalists.
