Day 11 after bagyong Odette ravaged central Philippines. Sharing some update here in Lapu-lapu City. We will start from the 1st bridge Mandaue side and end in the 2nd bridge Mandaue side. Typhoon Rai or locally called as Bagyong Odette. As of this filming, the city is mostly without electricity and running water same with the neigboring cities of Cebu City, Mandaue City and Talisay City. The situation though has improved since day 1, but still a lot more to do as you can see in the video the trash and other debris has not been collected yet because the LGU is overwhelmed on so many things to do after Typhoon Odette.
