I'm at Talybont-on-Usk Reservoir, and you can just see the motorhome in the background. It's 2nd January 2024, and I've been completely wiped out, feeling like a zombie for the past few days with what might be flu or Covid. But it gave me a chance to catch up on some much-needed rest.
However, last night was rough—I couldn't sleep at all and managed only about an hour. At 1 AM, I decided to get up and drive the motorhome down to Talybont-on-Usk village. It was a quiet spot, but sleep still evaded me. After another hour of rest, I returned to the reservoir early this morning, did my morning yoga, and reflected on the year ahead. My main goal for 2024 is to sort out my sleep. I desperately need to improve it.
