Vathi is located in the northeastern part of the island. The settlement is built into hills at the bottom of the gulf from which -- according to local tradition - it took its name. Vathi preserves elements of local architecture and has been declared a traditional settlement. Within walking distance of Vathi, you will find beaches with features such as colorful pebbles and crystal clear waters.
