RANGE TRAINING.
Regular training sessions for juniors aged 10 – 17 covering air rifle, Air Pistol, Sports Crossbow and smallbore rifle are held on Tuesday nights at Weir Mill Range, Manchester Road, Mossley, OL5 9QA. Sessions are for 1 hour plus (depending on availability).
TARGET SPRINT AND SPECIALIST TRAINING.
Target Sprint outdoor training is conducted at East Cheshire Harriers Athletic track on Richmond St, Ashton-under-Lyne OL7 9HG
This is for ages 11 years or older with no upper limit (it's not just for the under 21 year olds!)
During off season, or for specialist training, indoor sessions are held on the indoor 200m track at the Regional Arena, inside the National Squash centre at Gate 13, Rowsley St, Manchester M11 3FF.
Typically costs are from £5 for an indoor session (for 1-3 hours) and from £10 for an outdoor session (for 3-5 hours). Session lengths are limited to prevent overuse injuries and maximise training benefit.
