Using Theme Wizard for Knowledge Base
1. Choose the Knowledge Base title.
2. Choose the Knowledge Base slug. Type the URL at the end of your domain name into the KB slug field.
3. Click on Top Menu. This will display the link at the top of the website.
4. Click next.
5. Close the demo message at the top of the page. This demo will show you what your KB will look like as you style it.
6. Choose from the three types of layout on the left. The Basic Layout is a standard KB theme with different presets. The Tabs Layout is used for organizing by product or subject, like a mini KB. The Category Focused Layout shows the article count by category.
7. Click on a layout type to change presets. On the left are color options. On the right are options to further customize each element.
8. Click next to go to articles. Here you can also customize colors.
9. Click apply to apply changes. From this next menu, you can now view the KB, create new categories and articles, view documentation, and contact us for support.
10. Click on View My Knowledge Base. This allows you to see your KB on the front end. Here you’ll see three categories for demo data. You can see what it looks like and edit or add on to them as needed.
