In this video I head off to my local nature reserve in Devon, to photograph the woodland birds. Whilst there, I'm also hoping to find a nuthatch and get a surprise encounter with a goldcrest.

I talk a little bit more than normal, about how I achieve my images with the canon 1dxmkii and canon 500mm f4, and the settings I use. As well as showing you how I setup perches and choose my backgrounds.
