Not only is the VA30 a high quality looking pen, it is also one of the most powerful voice activated recorders on the market. The battery can last for up to 30 days in voice activation mode! In continuous recording mode it can record for up to 19hrs straight.
No buttons or confusing lights; it is switch operated, just twist the top of the pen to start and stop recording. The VA30 connects directly into your USB port so there are no extra cords to deal with when transferring files to your computer. It works with MAC or Windows; no extra software needed to play back your files.
The built-in microphone is powerful and can work at close range or record lectures in a large room. If you are windows user, you can activate the time/date stamp feature so you know when each recording took place (instructions in the manual).
