In high horology hand beveling is one of the key finishing techniques that elevate the overall quality and feel of a movement. Beveling is a traditional task that dates centuries ago. With the spread of sapphire case backs, beveling has gained a lot of importance for modern wristwatches.

Until this day, certain shapes created trough hand beveling can not be reproduced by machine.

One of those integral shapes are interior angles, were two surfaces that are angled at a 45° angle meet each other too create a surface in between.
