I think it's really good for short battles. Kairiki + Chronos + Regretless = Virtually unlimited AMPR

Total number of stacks before it kills you = 10
(Each stack gives +10 AMPR and 10% physical / magical resistance)

Total battle time before it kills you, if skill used with a lot of focus = about 3 minutes
