Options: The Heartsine Samaritan pad has two models. The fully automatic which is the 350p or the 360p which is semi automatic. These aeds are amazing and so is their battery and pad pak. Pad-Pak means the pads and battery are built into one unit. This is an industry standard that is unique to only them. With other aeds, you have to check both the pads and battery expirations, which are always different. It is also a durable ip56 water resistant rating which is very high!

HeartSine proudly introduces their latest edition of the samaritan PAD AED, the 450P! With the same features included on their 350P model, the 450P also includes an integrated CPR Rate Advisor. That's right - the smallest, lightest, most durable AED is now even better!

HeartSine's exclusive CPR Rate Advisor issues live CPR rate feedback using audible and visual guidance to assist the rescuer in performing CPR at the proper rate. This is accomplished without the use of accelerometers or pucks commonly used by other AEDs. CPR Rate Advisor uses the information provided by the electrodes to determine the rate of CPR compressions and indicates to the user if adjustment in the compression rate is necessary.

During CPR, the 450P will announce if the rescuer needs to push faster, push slower, or "good speed" if the rate is correct. There is also a CPR rate gauge on the 450P which gives real time visual guidance on the rate of compressions. This is accomplished without special electrodes, as the samaritan PAD 450P uses the same Pad-Pak adult electrodes/battery combination used on the 350P.

Speaking of the Pad-Pak, the unique combination of electrodes and battery in a single cartridge unit means you only need to track one expiration date. Priced at less than some batteries, replacing the Pad-Pak is both easy and economical with expiration dates in the 3.5-4 year range. There is also a Pediatric Pad-Pak available for rescues where the patient is age 1-8, less than 55 lbs. Please note: The CPR feedback feature is not available for pediatric rescues.
