Manitoba NDP Leader Wab Kinew addresses supporters and takes questions from reporters at an event in Winnipeg as the provincial election campaign gets underway. Voters in the province head to the polls on October 3. They will either re-elect Heather Stefanson's Progressive Conservative Party, or choose a government led by Kinew. The Manitoba Liberal Party under Dougald Lamont is hoping to increase its number of seats in the provincial legislature in order to gain official party status.
