How to remove/extract the radiator drain plug in my 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix, in an inelegant but apparently-effective way. Typically, you don't have to remove the drain plug in order to drain the radiator; you can simply rotate it and coolant comes out beneath it. You may need to remove the plug if the drain hole is clogged. This video covers only the motions required to remove/extract the drain plug from the radiator; it does not include other information, such as safety information about ensuring that the engine has had a lot of time to cool, nor is it about locating the drain plug or any other portion of the total job.
