What is a Bonsai Tree?

Bonsai is not a genetically altered plant to create a dwarf like-version of a full-size species. Rather through careful cultivation, pruning, and wiring of the branches, tree to stay under 4 feet (a generally accepted height), and still bear flowers and fruits if desired.
