Black Forest Cupcakes Recipe / Moist Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
Flour - 3/4 cup (90g)
Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup (50g)
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Salt - A pinch
Eggs - 2
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 cup (100g)
Oil - 1/2 cup (125ml)
Buttermilk - 1/2 cup (120ml)

Cherry filling
Pitted cherries - 100 grams
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
Water - 1 tablespoon

You can add a tablespoon of water if the cherry mixture is too thick.
Bake in preheated oven at 180•c for 20 to 22 min
