Today i finnaly got my 200 kg Deadlift, wich has been a goal of mine for a Long time and i am really happy about it. tho from now in i Will not do any new 1 rep maxes on Deadlift for a while, because i am getting more serious into powerlifting and really dont want to risk any injuries. And my form when 1 rep maxes is okay but defenentely not perfect so i Will do IT as little as possible. sry for my bad english😂
