Voice and choice is a key element of a learner-centered environment. It is necessary for student agency and allows for intentional involvement of students in the learning process. Through voice and choice, students are allowed input in the development of projects, the definition of learning goals, and/or the resources they choose to meet those goals. Ohio administrators provide perspective and share experiences for the use of voice and choice in education.
