This fruit pizza starts with a super chewy, homemade sugar cookie crust, (come on now!) a creamy cheesecake-like spread (talk to me!) and topped with mounds of fresh fruit! (PREACH!) It’s so good!
It makes for such a bright and cheery end to a special Spring dinner! This fruit pizza gets made often in my house, usually around the beginning of Spring when we are all so excited about the promise of warm weather. It’s so colorful and eye-catching that it could totally be a centerpiece!
Use your favorite fruits but remember this really does taste like a cheesecake so steer clear of fruits that you wouldn’t want topped on a cheesecake. I never use apples, banana, or oranges (personal preference) but let your imagination run wild with whatever you love!
