UNDERHAND FEEDS, let’s break it down 📝:
⚡️flip right from the catch
⚡️use ROCKSTEP (left toes up) to generate momentum/direction, squaring shoulder towards target
⚡️hand flips ball forward, NOT UP. Don’t go above shoulder
⚡️follow through, maintaining momentum towards target
⚡️COMMUNICATION. Let your teammate know what you’re doing, this will avoid error and improve timing
These are how team reps should be done. Making sure everyone understands the drill, then getting REPS ON REPS, at high energy, one after another 👏🏽
