The wltoy 144001 is a pretty decent rc car even stock. I was able to hit 40+ km/hr with 2s batteries and have lots of fun. But it makes this high pitch whining sound. Figure I would upgrade to a brushless system and get higher speed and no more of this sound. The result is mixed...I am currently having serious start up issue (cogging), tried programming the ESC with various settings but no luck so far. I think it was a poor choice to go with 5200kv, it might not have enough torque....should've went for maybe a motor in the 3000s range...
