4 slices king fish
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fish seasoning
1 tbsp green seasoning
1 tbsp oil

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 pimentos finely diced
1 scallion chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
.....
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp fish seasoning
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
.....
3 cups flour
1/2 yeast
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups Lukewarm water to knead - don't add all at once, just use enough to bring it together.

2 cups oil for frying
