高筋面粉Bread flour 415g
即溶酵母Instant Yeast 5g
奶粉 Milk Powder 15g
细砂糖Sugar 65g
盐巴Salt 4g
全蛋液Whole egg 50g(带壳约56g/ with shell about 56g)
牛奶Milk 55g
清水Water 165g
无盐黄油Unsalted Butter 45g (软化/Soften)
🍞抹茶奶酥馅Matcha streusel:
无盐黄油Unsalted Butter 105g (软化至大约23C/Soften to about 23C)
细砂糖Caster Sugar 40g
全蛋液Whole Egg 30g (室温/Room temperature)
低筋面粉Cake Flour 50g
奶粉Milk Power 70g
抹茶粉Matcha powder 5g
🍞提前30分钟预热烤箱至375F° / 190C°, 在烤箱中层烤12-14分钟
Before 30 minutes Preheat oven to 375F°/ 190C° , Bake in the middle of the oven for 12-14 minutes

夏天液体都用冰的,冬天可以提约20分钟拿出来回温,备用。
