Eerie Surface Wind / Atmospheric ambience of mars - This is my original sound design and representation of what I imagine the red planet to sound like. After looking at the NASA website and listening to various recordings from the rover I had the inspiration and reference to sound design my own version. and this is essentially what I came up with. I used a combination of drone textures, wind sounds as well as VST synths to carve out this ambience using EQ and compression techniques, and exported the final audio in 16/24 bit wav format.
