4 - 6 Pieces Ti Leaf
10 – 12 Pieces Luau Leaf
2 Tablespoons Shoyu
1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
1 Tablespoon Hawaiian Salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 ½ Pounds Boneless Beef Short Rib, cut into 1 ½” - 2“ chunks
1 ½ Pounds Pork Belly, cut into 1 ½” - 2“ chunks
1 Pound Sweet Potato, cut into 1 ½” - 2“ chunks
1 ½ Cup Water
Ingredients for Lomi Tomato Cucumber:
2 Each Keiki Cucumber
1/2 Bunch Green onion
1 Pack Ho Farms Cherry Tomato
•1 Piece Roma tomato
2 Tablespoons Chili Pepper Water
1 Tablespoon Hondashi
1Tablespoon Sesame Oil (Optional)
1/2 Cup Ogo
