20-30% of patients come with gastric issues. Usually there is dyspepsia which is upper abdominal pain with vomiting, nausea or bloating.Food comes up in such cases, there is flatulence, and burrping. If one takes medicines for more than 4 weeks and there is no improvement then one should rule out some illness.Oesophagitis are common in smokers, people taking alcohol. When above 40 yrs and under stress having such issues with sweating, then heart problems should be ruled out.Quitting smoking, alcohol and having less oily and spicy food helps. During these episodes one should sleep on two pillows, on left side which should help. These symptoms also mimic heart issues and even after medicines if these don't subside then gastroenterologist should check to rule out ulcers.
