In this video Billy applies a layer of Smooth On Habitat Free Form Black to the metal armature wings to begin creating feathers, applying it in rows to match up with the feathers on the under side of the wings. He points out the different colors of the bird feathers, and how each color is a different product used - Smooth On Habitat Free Form Fire Safe, Air, and Black have all been used in this project. He also explains how he created the eyes on this larger than life hummingbird. Be sure to keep water and a chip brush nearby to keep your product wet and free from sticking to your tools and gloves, and pay close attention to the direction your feathers are running. Check out where the hummingbird will be installed by going to the website devoted to the build of this magical project: [ Ссылка ]
