容器: 20cm 蛋糕盤
糕底材料:
蘿蔔 1.5kgs
粘米粉 200g
水(蘿蔔水)200ml
配料:
臘腸 2條
臘肉 1條
瑤柱 3粒
蝦米 10g
豉油 少許
調味料
油 一湯匙
糖 1.5茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙

Ingredients :

Rice flour 200g
Radish juice 200ml
Chinese pork sausage 2pcs
Cured meat 1pc
Dried scallop 3pcs
Dried shrimp 10g
Light say sauce to taste
Seasoning:
Vegetable oil 1tbsp
Sugar 1.5tsp
Salt 1tsp
White pepper powder 1tsp
