The Executive Director of the Samara Centre for Democracy, Jane Hilderman, joins CPAC’s Peter Van Dusen to discuss Samara’s latest study on debate in the House of Commons. The study surveyed 100 Members of Parliament and found that they agreed debate could be improved, but couldn’t agree on how to fix it.
