30 min Slow Flow Yoga (vinyasa yoga style).
This slow-paced yoga flow is designed for all levels. If you're completely new to yoga, just go as far as it feels good, do not worry if some of the exercises don't happen for you right away. Practicing consistently will bring you progress, but remember, progress happens differently for everyone.
You can practice this routine at any time of the day. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes.
Please stay mindful of your breath and your body sensations. Do not push through any sharp pain.
