I'm going through "Autismhandboken:Strategier för ökad livskvalitet" by Katarina Sörngård (2018). It is a handbook for late diagnosed autistic people.
I am quite critical of the book as it is written by an allistic person and it is a self help book that inadvertently encourages masking. However the writer is one of the leading experts on the subject in Sweden and is quite progressive in certain ways. It is the book recommended by autism assessors.
I would recommend rather reading books about unmasking by autistic people such as: "Unmasking Autism" by Devon Pricehttps://youtu.be/JZIyMuBdYh0?si=DFXBTU9Vi9wR4fRZ
"How not to fit in" by Jess Joy
"Untypical by Pete Wharmby.
For ADHD i recommend: "How to ADHD" by Jessica Mccabe.
For Swedish people i recommend: "Autisterna" by Clara Törnvall
"Konsten att fejka arabiska" by Lina Liman "Jag vill bara bli erkänd som stat" by Elsa Törnqvist.
For ADHD i recommend: "Handbok för kvinnor med (eller utan)ADHD" by Ann Söderlund
"ADHD: från duktig flicka till utbränd kvinna" by Lotta Borg Skoglund
"Dr Damp" by Barimani
I would also recommend my "Driving license for ADHD" playlist

It is on the book "Körkort för vardagen- för dig med ADHD" by Karl Berg and Caroline Jensen. It follows an ACT therapy structure and is useful for any neurodivergent person!
