This is the new 10 rupees banknote designed in 2017 under Urjit Patel's signature which was launched by RBI in Jan 2018. The banknote comes in chocolate color adding to the new series of ₹50s, ₹200s, ₹500s and ₹2000s.
The new denomination comes with Portrait of Mahatma Gandhi at the center and motif of Sun Temple, Konark on the reverse depicting the country's cultural heritage.
The note is quite smaller than the previous 10 rupees notes as it comes in 63 mm by 123 mm dimensions and slightly larger than the current 5 rupees note as you see the size comparison in this video.
