~The Workout~
a) Single Arm Snatch to Windmill Squat to OHP (3 sets : 3 reps / side)
b) Bodyweight Pause Dip (3 sets : 6 reps)
c) Double Arm Swing (3 sets : 6 reps)
{Rest No More Than 3 Minutes Between Rounds}
