This was such a fun and easy build and created this adorable farmhouse styled sign that I can use for any occasion. This sign is 19” wide and 30” tall and can fold-up small for storage. It is hardy enough to sit on your porch or bring it inside for a rustic feel.
UPDATE: I would recommend using regular chalk on it as the chalk pen I used left marks and I had to repaint the black. :(

- 2 - 2x3x8 boards
- 1 - Chalkboard board (you only need 16” x 24” but may need to buy a 2ft x 4ft based on availability)
- 1 hinge
- twine
- Minwax English Chestnut
- Minwax Polyurethane
- I used regular chalk to prep the chalkboard and liquid chalk markers from Amazon to write with
