If you've been following the channel you'll know that recently myself and good friend Steve Wyatt took on the challenging TDS at UTMB - a tough mountain ultra marathon of 145km with 9,100 meters of elevation! Now, this wasn't my first mountain race and I'd like to think I've got a fair bit of experience in these type of conditions. However, on the day I definitely made some school boy errors that really affected my performance in a negative way, so in today's video we are going to break down the race and my performance in a bit more detail.
