Ocean-Immersion is an online documentary about the book "Ocean Immersion" from Janna Guichet. The book was developed and photographed at the Apnea diving Center "Spot Freedive" in Portugal.
For the documentary, ocean lovers were asked about the questions which the book brings up.

It´s a photographic artwork about the different states of apnea diving. About
the preparation, the mind game, the focus, and a liminal state.

The book “Ocean Immersion” shows the human in confrontation with himself. It immerses us into the wonderful underwater world, shows the possibility to take control over mind and body, and how to prepare for it. And in the depths of the ocean, something happens, and we reconnect…

The speakers contribute their benefit from the ocean and their message for the world.
