Shocked... sometimes you just sit there and not sure what to do... it's depressing and sad...

We had a near miss at a level crossing at Coopers Plains during one morning peak. When the train came around that corner, there were cars lined up across there with the booms come down and the lights were active. I had to hit the breaks, loud the horns, and luckily those cars were able to move out of the way.

I'd to say, if the level crossings lights are flashing, please stop your car, for 30 seconds it takes, it's not worth to risk your life or mine.
