New documents reveal members of Robert Card's Army Reserve unit expressed concerns about his declining mental health and feared he could commit a mass shooting.
Those warnings were received by the Sagadahoc County Sheriff's Office in September, when members of the Army Reserve in Saco asked if they conduct a welfare check on Card.
In a text message, obtained by the CBS13 I-Team through a public records request, a member of the Reserve unit said he believed Card was "messed up in the head."
